Nigerian rapper Odumodublvck has said the truth about his dispute with Blaqbonez will eventually emerge as he renewed allegations against his former friend and collaborator. The two rappers have been involved in a public disagreement that has included allegations concerning a woman, harassment and sexual abuse. Blaqbonez has denied the sexual-abuse allegations and challenged Odumodublvck to prove his claims in court. Speaking during an episode of the In Motion Podcast shared on YouTube on Friday, Odumodublvck questioned Blaqbonez’s account of their relationship and accused him of being inconsistent. They ask you one question, you say yes. You say no. You say my brain told me that,” he said. Odumodublvck also disputed Blaqbonez’s assertion that they were not friends, referring to their previous collaborations and appearances together. Shebi he said we’re not friends. That’s what he said. It’s not consistent. How would you say that we’re not friends? We’re not friends. But we have three songs together. I’ve come for your show,” he said. Turning to the sexual-abuse allegation that has become part of their dispute, Odumodublvck maintained his position against Blaqbonez. “According to the evidence, he is. He did what he was accused of doing. He did everything,” Odumodublvck said. The allegation remains disputed. Blaqbonez has denied it and asked that the claims be proven in court. His lawyers also issued a pre-action notice in July seeking N2.55 billion in damages over the allegations, which they described as defamatory. Odumodublvck also spoke about an earlier police matter involving Blaqbonez. A woman had accused the rapper of cyberstalking, harassment, blackmail and invasion of privacy in a 2025 petition filed through her lawyers. Blaqbonez denied the allegations. “Police cannot just detain you for 48 hours and you pay damages,” Odumodublvck said while questioning his colleague’s account of the matter. He further alleged that Blaqbonez wrote an apology and undertaking during the police case after previously maintaining that he had been falsely accused. “He put up a statement saying that he has been falsely accused. When he went to the police station and was detained, he put in his apology and undertaking, which he wrote handwritten, that he would delete the statements that exonerate him,” Odumodublvck said. Odumodublvck claimed that the statements were later removed. “When he went back to his house, he deleted the statement. What does that mean? If he did not do it, won’t he say, ‘Very dark man, come oh, they want to bully me’,” he added. Despite the conflicting accounts and legal dispute, Odumodublvck said he expected more details about the disagreement to become public at the appropriate time. “At the end of the day, when the right time comes, everybody will know the real truth. If somebody cannot even say, use his mouth and say we are friends. If you can even lie about a friendship that you and I had, what won’t you lie about?” he said. “At the right time, justice will prevail,” Odumodublvck added.
